Description
Chalet Scierie is a beautifully renovated and recently improved chalet in the hamlet of Les Tines, a quiet spot ideally situated for skiing in both Chamonix and Argentiere as it lies a few minutes' drive from the Flegere lift or 5 minutes from Les Grands Montets. This pretty chalet is in a wonderful mountain setting next to a chapel; with the sound of the river running past and fabulous views of Mont Blanc; it really is idyllic.
On the lower ground floor there is a large hall/boot room, a laundry room and a cinema room perfect for movie afternoons or evenings. The ground floor is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, as well as a couple of study areas throughout the chalet. The hand-made kitchen has a beautiful range, breakfast bar, granite worktops and all the necessities you will need. The living/dining area is perfectly suited to relaxing in comfortable chairs around the fireplace, with large windows looking towards Mont Blanc and some beautiful sunsets. A spacious new bedroom and bathroom with separate shower, and dressing room, has been added to the rear of the chalet. Completed by a balcony looking out over the river and forest.
Upstairs on the first floor both of the bedrooms have French windows leading to a balcony with the same stunning view of Mont Blanc. One of the bedrooms has a new bathroom with separate shower and there is also a new shower room for the other bedroom. The second floor has a double bedroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower room.
Outside there is a hot tub on the decking and then the garden, all south facing towards the wonderful view.
The garage with direct access into the chalet is an added advantage for those snowy days.
Please note that due to our licensing and insurance arrangements only our trained staff may work at the chalet.

The surroundings are glorious the views of Aguille du Midi on one side of the house and a peaceful river on the other. Just beyond splendid.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The views were stunning and the chalet was spacious yet cozy and well appointed. It was perfectly situated to easily access the train and trails but pleasantly removed from the crowds of town center. see more

The delivery of breakfast every morning and the helpful information provided by Kate and the staff at Collineige were especially appreciated. We highly recommend!

Chez Florence is brilliantly located to enjoy all that Chamonix has to offer, in a peaceful road, yet only a short stroll from the centre. Beautifully furnished with warm timbers and an alpine feel, this comfortable apartment has wonderful views of Mont Blanc. It was refurbished during 2019 and is the perfect accommodation for a family or a group of friends.
Sit cosily by the fire or over a drink outside, enjoying the Mont Blanc views from the sunny terrace. You can walk to anywhere in Chamonix from here but when you want to venture further afield there is a parking space right below the apartment for your car.
The sitting room and well equipped kitchen are on the first floor, with doors leading to the terrace. On this floor there is also a cloakroom at the top of the stairs.. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath, basin and shower, separate loo and also a shower room. Stairs from the sitting room lead to a further double bedroom and with a large bath and a basin. On the lower ground floor you will find a simpler twin bedroom, good for kids, and a laundry room.

Nestled in the peaceful village of Montroc, Guapa is a beautiful mountain chalet, offering an incredible view and tranquility; a perfect escape in Chamonix!
